Summary: The house is very nice place to stay. Plenty of space if you were to have even a group of people stay there, and they are pet friendly. The nicest part about the property (at least for now) is that it is inside of a gated community that is being built, but there are currently no other properties built. So you will be inside of a gated forested community with walking paths through the forest and no one else in there with you. If you want a secluded hideaway for a nice quite, peaceful vacation this is the place to stay!

Summary: this is a remote location rental with nothing but the basic ammenities in an older modern home. the property mgr came out to rectify our water problem in a timely manner, but, what occurred to cause the lack of water in bathrooms and kitchen was due to someone not doing their job. property mgr was able to fix kitchen faucet but the bathrooms were useless and unpleasant to shower in thankfully the toilets flushed. Luckly we checked out soon after all this nonsense

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family rented this vacation home for a short beach trip to Michigan City. The location is secluded since this house was the only house built on a development. The home is beautiful and modern. However the furniture was old; the kitchen table chairs were badly scratched up. The living room sofa was missing a leg and was propped up by logs. The TV did not have cable and the dish did not work so we were not able to watch TV that night. Overall, the home was lovely but the owners should get more furniture. If that is done, the place would be spectacular.
